D	David Koch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hallo, Anfang des Jahres habe ich als Mieter nach Rücksprache mit meiner Vermieterin einen defekt der Heizungsanlage gemeldet. Ein Techniker stellte folgendes fest: "Motorschutzschalter hatte ausgelöst. Ist vermutlich nicht der passende zu der Heizungspumpe." Daraufhin wurde der Motorschutzschalter überbrückt und es wurde mir versichert, dass nach Rücksprache von Firma Fürpeil mit der Vermieterin ein neuen zeitnah eingebaut wird. Später am Abend dann der schock: Die Heizugspumpe macht ca jede Stunde laute Geräusche die im ganzen Haus zu hören sind. (als ob jemand ein Loch mit dem Schlagbohrer in die Wand bohrt) Anscheinend hat die Pumpe eine Unwucht. Nun sind ganze 7 Wochen vergangen. Anrufe meinerseits werden mit "da muss ich mal nachschauen ob das Angebot schon raus ist.." abgewimmelt. Auf Rückrufe warte ich immer noch. Ich hoffe es geht bald weiter! Ich würde dieses Unternehmen nicht beschäftigen. Einen Motorschutzschalter einfach so auf Verdacht zu überbrücken finde ich Fahrlässig! Grüße Update: Nach weiteren 2 Anrufen wurde ein Angebot erstellt und am 23.03 endlich die Heizungspumpe ausgetauscht. Am 27.03 musste dann nochmal ein Techniker kommen um den Druck der Pumpe herunter zu regeln, da die Pumpe sonst deutliche Geräusche von sich gibt. Die Überbrückung des Motorschutzschalters wurde jedoch bis heute nicht rückgängig gemacht. Die Techniker waren freundlich. Trotzdem würde ich nach meinen Erfahrungen ein anderen Betrieb bei jeglichen Reperatur Maßnahmen aufsuchen. (as if someone is drilling a hole in the wall with the hammer drill) Apparently the pump is out of balance. Now 7 weeks have passed. Calls on my part are ripped off with "I have to check if the offer is already out ...". I'm still waiting for callbacks. I hope it will go on soon! I would not employ this company. I think it is negligent to bridge a motor protection switch on suspicion! greetings Update: After another 2 calls, an offer was made and on March 23rd the heating pump was finally replaced. On March 27th, a technician had to come again to regulate the pressure of the pump, otherwise the pump would make significant noises. However, the bypassing of the motor protection switch has not yet been reversed. The technicians were friendly. Nevertheless, in my experience, I would go to another company for any repairs.

Viele Interessante Tipps zur Einstellung der Heizung bekommen. Sympathischer Mitarbeiter/Monteur und gut informierter Chef. Very fast, clean and - as far as I can tell - well worked. (Hot water tank connected to existing heating + hot water piping). Many interesting tips for setting the heater get. Sympathetic employee / fitter and well informed boss.

Ein Kostenvoranschlag für einen Umbau der Duscheinheit bei meiner pflegebedürftigen Mutter wurde mir trotz mehrfacher, telefonischer Nachfrage nicht zugeschickt. Wirklich sehr ärgerlich. It's a shame, the company is probably not interested in smaller orders. A cost estimate for a conversion of the shower unit for my mother in need of care was not sent to me despite several telephone inquiries. Really very annoying.

Pünktlich zum vereinbarten Termin begrüßten uns morgens zwei freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Installateurarbeiten wurden fachmännisch und zügig erledigt, sodass es keinen zeitlichen Engpass mit dem Fliesenleger am Folgetag gab. Nachdem das Bad fertig gefliest war, hat ein kurzer Anruf genügt, um einen weiteren Termin für die Endmontage der Badmöbel, etc. zu vereinbaren. Erneut kam ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter und kümmerte sich um die Montage diverser Armaturen, sowie Hänge WC und Waschtisch. Leider hatte die von uns selbst bestellte Duschabtrennung Lieferschwierigkeiten. Diese konnte somit an dem Tag nicht mit montiert werden. Nachdem eine Woche später die Abtrennung eingetroffen war, genügte wieder ein kurzer Anruf und ein neuer Termin wurde vereinbart. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde auch die besagte Abtrennung montiert und wir waren happy. Wir waren mit den Arbeiten der Firma Fürpeil mehr als zufrieden. Leider ist 2 Wochen später unser Ölbrenner der Heizung an Altersschwäche gestorben. Auch hier war es kein Problem, uns in wirklich kürzester Zeit einen neuen Ölbrenner zu beschaffen und auch einzubauen! Meine Frau und ich würden jederzeit die Firma Fürpeil weiterempfehlen. Zudem ist es ein schöner und kollegialer Familienbetrieb. Nochmals vielen Dank! We commissioned the Fürpeil company to do the plumbing work as part of our bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, the shower enclosure we ordered ourselves had delivery problems. This could therefore not be installed on the day. After the separation had arrived a week later, a short call was enough again and a new appointment was made. The aforementioned partition was installed within a very short time and we were happy. We were more than satisfied with the work of the Fürpeil company. Unfortunately, 2 weeks later our oil burner for the heating system died of old age. Here, too, it was no problem to procure and install a new oil burner in a very short time! My wife and I would recommend the Fürpeil company at any time.
