★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 1 woord fantastisch! Ik belde op met een simpele vraag over 1 van de producten. Medewerker nam aan de telefoon echt de tijd voor me en adviseerde mij uiteindelijk een ander (goedkoper maar beter) product.
Het product nu +/- een week in gebruik en het werkt super ik ben zeer tevreden.
In 1 word fantastic! I called with a simple question about 1 of the products. Employee really took the time for me on the phone and eventually advised me another (cheaper but better) product.
The product is now in use for +/- a week and it works great I am very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt geweldig geholpen door de mensen van SmartHomeSupply. Ik ben echt een leek met CV systemen, maar uiteindelijk viel de installatie heel erg mee, vooral door de hulp van SmartHomeSupply. De producten werken ook prima en je merkt dat dit kwalitatief een goed product is. De app werkt uitstekend en de bediening is eenvoudig. Bedankt jongens, ik ga binnenkort het systeem verder uitbreiden met rookmelders!
Really great help by the people at SmartHomeSupply. I really am a layman with central heating systems, but in the end the installation was not that bad, especially thanks to the help of SmartHomeSupply. The products also work fine and you notice that this is a good quality product. The app works great and the operation is simple. Thanks guys, I will soon be expanding the system with smoke detectors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acces-point, thermostaat en 3 radiatorknoppen gekocht. Kleine strubbeling met vervangen voor Danfoss radiatorknoppen (had niet door dat je de bijgeleverde adapterring goed moest door 'doorduwen' op de radiator; met telefonisch hulp van zeer vriendelijk supportteam: opgelost !).
Nu het eenmaal geïnstalleerd en ingeregeld is: super blij mee.
Bought access point, thermostat and 3 radiator knobs. Small struggle with replacement for Danfoss radiator knobs (didn't realize that you had to 'push' the supplied adapter ring well on the radiator; with telephone help from a very friendly support team: solved!).
Now that it has been installed and adjusted: super happy with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik zag er tegenop op mijn vloerverwarming smart te maken, maar met de kennis en hulp van deze partij was het voor mij eenvoudig om uit te voeren. Alles wijst voor zich.
Ik had in vier verschillende ruimtes vloerverwarming aangestuurd door 1 thermostaat. Dat werkte dus niet efficiënt en minder comfort.
Nu hangt er in alle 4 de ruimte een thermostaat en deze stuurt elke ruimte apart. Geweldig, werkte in 1x.
Vragen werden via e-mail of whatsapp vrijwel direct beantwoord.
I dreaded making my underfloor heating smart, but with the knowledge and help of this party it was easy for me to implement. Everything points to itself.
I had underfloor heating in four different rooms controlled by 1 thermostat. That did not work efficiently and less comfort.
Now there is a thermostat in all 4 rooms and this controls each room separately. Great, worked in 1x.
Questions were answered almost immediately via email or whatsapp.

Ook is alles makkelijk te installeren met behulp van door SmartHomeSupply gemaakte handleidingen en Homematic app. Kom je er niet uit? Ik werd telefonisch perfect geholpen (kreeg de warmtepomp module niet werkend, maar na opnieuw opstarten werkte alles). Via het Access point kijkt SmartHomeSupply mee en hielp me bij het instellen. Al met al een topservice, waarbij ik als klant alle aandacht kreeg.
The products were delivered quickly to make the underfloor heating smart. Everything is also easy to install with the help of manuals made by SmartHomeSupply and the Homematic app. Are you stuck? I was perfectly helped by phone (got the heat pump module not working, but after reboot everything worked). SmartHomeSupply watches over the Access point and helped me with the setup. All in all a top service, where I as a customer received all the attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I automatised the heating for my house and Leo at SmartHomeSupply helped me to put together all products needed for my house.
Installation was done by me with some challenges due to a couple of exotic parts on my heating system, but this was no issue for Leo.
Once installed Leo helped to configure the system and we tested it together until I was satisfied.
The challenge for me which non of the other systems could support on the market was a combination of floor heating and radiators.
I checked Honeywell, Google Nest, Schneider, Tado etc etc and non of them can do what Homematic can do.
If you are going to make your heating smart then trust the SmartHomeSupply team to fix it for you!
I have the highest trust for Leo and the entire team and like to give them my highest recommendations!
