Zo wordt er van alles aangeboden, zoals body analyses en medische keuringen die ze dan fijn declareren bij de zorgverzekeraar + extra afspraken maken, omdat er dan zaken uit die analyses en keuringen komen waar fysio voor nodig is. Het meest bizar was nog wel dat ze gemiddeld 2 x per week enkele maanden lang bleven proberen mijn dochter de handstand te laten doen. Ik ben van mening dat ze al lang hadden moeten aangeven dat dit niet zou gaan lukken en niet zoveel afspraken hadden moeten inplannen om te kunnen declareren. Verder hadden ze een fout gemaakt met een factuur. Ze zeiden dat ze plots niet rechtstreeks konden declareren bij de zorgverzekeraar en vroegen of ik de factuur zelf wilde betalen, want ik zou de factuur zelf wel kunnen declareren bij de zorgverzekeraar. Nou, dat heb ik geweten! ben hier al een half jaar mee bezig! Fysiomore dient mij het betaalde bedrag terug te betalen en rechtstreeks bij de verzekeraar te declareren. Ze zeggen nu eindelijk (na een half jaar) dat ze opnieuw gaan declareren, maar dat als het niet lukt, krijg ik ook mijn geld niet terug!!! Dit terwijl ze met de zorgverzekeraar hebben gebeld die hen bevestigd heeft dat er gewoon dekking is op de polis. Ik gaf aan dat ze dus nu meteen mijn geld kunnen terugstorten en het verder zelf met de verzekeraar (waar zij een overeenkomst mee hebben) het declaratieproces moeten oplossen. Fysiomore bleef weigeren om mij het geld van de factuur die ze nooit aan mij hadden mogen geven per direct terug te betalen! Very bad experiences! Well I knew that! have been working on this for half a year! Fysiomore must repay me the amount paid and declare it directly to the insurer. They finally say (after six months) that they are going to declare again, but that if it doesn't work, I won't get my money back !!! This while they called the health insurer who confirmed that there is normal cover on the policy. I indicated that they can now immediately refund my money and have to resolve the declaration process themselves with the insurer (with which they have an agreement). Fysiomore continued to refuse to immediately refund the money from the invoice that they should never have given me!

Dat komt tot EUR 5,400 per werkdag 3. Toen ik belde voor uitleg over de factuur ben ik van de kast naar de muur gestuurd, geen antwoord. Ik weet zeker dat er betere fyiziotherapie opties zijn in Breda. Mijn advies? Zoek maar verder! The therapist was knowledgeable and nice, BUT: 1. One session lasted 10 minutes 2. The bill for a 10 minute session was EUR 113.45. That comes to EUR 5,400 per working day 3. When I called for an explanation about the invoice, I was sent from shelf to wall, no answer. I am sure there are better physical therapy options in Breda. My advice? Look further!
