★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst Gall & Galls I’ve been in. Shop stinks of smoke, obvious someone is smoking in the back of the shop despite no smoking policy inside buildings.
Then bad experience with different staff personnel.
Being overcharged on wine on offer. Being told by one female staff member that it would be better if I left my trolley of groceries outside. This was during pandemic period and there were no other customers in the shop! I said I did not wish to leave a trolley of €150 worth of groceries outside the door in fear of someone walking away with it. No understanding from the particular personnel who said that wouldn’t happen! Really ? How can she be so sure? Total zero empathy and zero customer friendly.
And lastly the range of wine. Last time I visited the only wines in offer were around priced above 9-10 euros.
Left without purchasing anything.
Quite simply will never return. There are much better Gall & Galls in the nearby vicinity, or alternatively Harry Bloem.
