Als je daar wat van zegt krijg je als antwoord:
Als we te veel voorraad hebben dan blijven we ermee zitten.
Ik ben twee keer in de winkel geweest voor het eerst en voor het laatst.
Advertise that the Hertog Jan is in advertising.
When you arrive in the store it is sold out.
If you say something about that you get the answer:
If we have too much stock, we will be stuck with it.
I went to the store twice for the first time and for the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas is dit de zoveelste slechte ervaring, dat ik het nu maar eens in een review zet. Het gebeurt bij Gall en Gall regelmatig dat ze je lokken met een aanbieding en dat ze deze niet op voorraad hebben. Dan is het gewoon frustrerend te horen dat wat net in de reclame is gekomen al 6 weken niet geleverd wordt. Dit lijkt me zelfs misleidende reclame. Zeer slechte zaak dat G&G !!!!
Unfortunately, this is the umpteenth bad experience, that I now put it in a review. It happens regularly at Gall and Gall that they lure you with an offer and they do not have it in stock. Then it is just frustrating to hear that what has just been advertised has not been delivered for 6 weeks. This even seems misleading to me. Very bad thing that G&G !!!!

Despite the fact that I cannot/may not drink alcohol, this is a pleasant store where you are listened to.

Had online wat besteld en deze 2 personen spraken mij ten eertse amper aan, ten 2e kunnen zij mijn pakket niet vinden.
En er word verteld dat ik het maar met de klantenservice van de webshop moet regelen.
Nou dit is natuurlijk geen service!
Jammer van de 1 ster, had namelijk liever nog minder gegeven!
Very poorly helped by staff, or actually not helped.
Had ordered something online and these 2 people barely spoke to me in the first place, secondly they can't find my package.
And I am told that I just have to arrange it with the customer service of the webshop.
Well this is of course not a service!
Shame about the 1 star, would have rather given less!
