★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr netter und vor allem zuverlässiger Mitarbeiter. Trotz meines 4 maligen Erscheinens dort, um eine PS5 zu ergattern, war er stets freundlich. Er sagte mir dass er diesbezüglich nur Vorbestellungen annimmt wenn er weiß wann und wieviel Konsolen kommen. Beim letzten Mal hatte ich dann Glück. Vorbestellung getätigt und 5 Tage später abgeholt. Garantieverlängerung allein schon aus diesem Grund und ohne Zwang dort abgeschlossen. Werde dort auch Spiele kaufen wenn diese dort im Angebot sind.
Very nice and above all reliable employee. Despite my appearance there 4 times to get a PS5, he was always friendly. He told me that he will only take pre-orders in this regard if he knows when and how many consoles are coming. Last time I was lucky. Pre-ordered and picked up 5 days later. For this reason alone and without compulsion, the extended warranty was concluded there. I will also buy games there if they are on sale there.

Ein Zusatz Garantie auf 12 Monate könnte ich erwerben!
Soweit ich informiert bin, gilt auf Neu Ware 24 Monate Garantie und auf gebrauchtes 12 Monate!
Yesterday I had the feeling that consumer rights are being trampled on! There is only a 3 month guarantee on new Microsoft goods?
I could purchase an additional guarantee of 12 months!
As far as I am informed, there is a 24-month guarantee on new goods and 12 months on used goods!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleiner aber feiner GameStop! Mit freundlichen und zuverlässigen Mitarbeitern! Es wurde für uns ein Spiel aus einer anderen Filiale organisiert, hat zwar etwas gedauert aber die Mitarbeiter waren stets bemüht. Wir schauen hier gerne hin und wieder vorbei.
Befindet sich im Marler Stern im EG.
Small but mighty GameStop! With friendly and reliable employees! A game was organized for us from another branch, it took a while but the employees always tried their best. We like to stop by here from time to time.
