★ ★ ★ ★ ★ heute war ich vor Ladenschluss da weil ich ein problem mit dem ( TV Neu) und Mediareceiver hatte ( kein bild und Ton nach dem einschalten )
Ich habe mein Problem erklärt und mir wurde sehr freundlich und fachlich erklärt das es am hdmi Kabel liegen könnte und ich ein neues benötigen werde und habe mir für 10 Euro direkt ein 1,5 Meter langes Kabel gekauft jetzt funktioniert alles einwandfrei und das sogar wesentlich günstiger als bei Amazon Saturn usw einfach klasse ich bin sehr zufrieden und werde wiederkommen
Today I was there before the shop closed because I had a problem with the (TV new) and media receiver (no picture and sound after switching on)
I explained my problem and was explained to me in a very friendly and professional manner that it could be due to the hdmi cable and I will need a new one and I bought a 1.5 meter cable for 10 euros now everything works perfectly and that even much cheaper than at Amazon Saturn etc. just great, I am very satisfied and will be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe Netzwerkstecker gesucht, waren überall entweder zu teuer oder irgendwie schrottig. Bei Matthes war ich nun nach einigen Jahren mal wieder und habe genau das bekommen was ich gesucht habe - und zu einem Top-Preis! Immer wieder gerne, meine Empfehlung für den Laden!
I was looking for network plugs, they were either too expensive or somehow crap everywhere. After a few years I was at Matthes again and got exactly what I was looking for - and at a great price! Always happy, my recommendation for the store!
