Service is ok. The wallcolour and wood varnish selection is great but the hardware is quite expensive.

Everytime we have a project in the house we usually go to Gamma Lelystad.Like 99% of our construction materials in the house are from Gamma Lelystad. But today, that will all change.We will never go to Gamma Lelystad even though they offer cheaper prices in their products. My husband went today to change one of the broken time switch we bought few days back with a receipt in the service balie. He was told in that he needs to go back home and get the other time switch because it's sold as a set. My husband just brought with him the damaged one since the other one is working,which I think very logic that we didn't bring it back specially if it's already been installed. Maybe we are wrong! Maybe we really need to bring the whole set back. But hello!!! The other one is working well and this has already been installed properly in the house. That was my husbands experience. I went back inside with him since i was in the car when that happened. I asked one of the staffs if we could speak to the manager. The manager went to see us. We explained our problem again but it's like we are not even listened and that we are like wasting his time. He even told us that he already heard the story from his colleagues. We never heard any substance of customer service SERVICE from him. I was so angry . We felt not just our concerns not being listened too but also that we are like talking nonsense for him. We went back home and decided to get the other set and the service lady asked for the packaging. Hello!!!!! Do we really need to get ourselves dirty searching for the packaging in the trash can??? A packaging we already thrown few days back. We don't have the packaging anymore. WE HAVE THE RECEIPT! And hello we went home for the other set which you need in the first place. Maybe in some case we keep packagings but this one we definately already have thrown it away.Why would we keep such a thing? We just want our money back this time but it took us forever before we finally got our money back...it was a very UGLY experience. That's all thank you!

Nice, lots of stuff for house, garden but also dishwasher tablets, washing pouder. More shops around. Recommended ??
