Their opening hours are also wrong as of the day of posting. On Sunday they work until 18.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer experience ever, sent ne around the store looking for a heater, then they said that there no heaters due to summer been gone....yes you read right a heater is only for summer accroding to Gamme Managers.... its a heater... not a ac conditioner... left without the heater in the end. Went amsterdam noord one. All sorted!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again a terrible costumer service. We bought paint recommended by a worker from the shop, and we missed the double amount of it to finish the work. We called Gamma and the girl over the phone said " i'm not my colleague" basically she's not responsible of the mistake of her colleague while both should represent the company. Of course she won't give any solution. Very very desesperating, extremely disappointed with an awful service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing service. In the store most employees are unfamiliar with their own merchandise. There is no sense that they are trying to help find solutions. In addition, I paid 47 euros shipping within Amsterdam for goods that cost 400! And I paid over 400 for other products. The courier refused to bring the product up to the apartment (while using the elevator) because it could damage the product and he could not take responsibility. I've never heard anything like this in my life !. The product weighed over 50 kilos, luckily I'm a young guy but what if it's an older person, a pregnant woman or someone with a disability? Very disappointing...
I do not understand how you managed to build such a large chain with such poor service, I guess everything is possible!
