M	Mainframe Hardcore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In eerste instantie goed contact gehad met medewerker, werd meteen gereageerd op mails en veel tijd in mij gestoken als klant. Uiteindelijk heb ik daarom ook een koppelomvormer met oliepomp voor mijn A500 42RE bij Ganzeboom besteld. Ik kon vanuit Amerika aanzienlijk goedkopere delen krijgen, alleen kon ik ze nu meteen controleren en vind ik het ook niet erg om iets extra te moeten betalen voor wat goede service. Ik had het spul dan ook direct in mijn bezit en hoefde niet twee weken langer te wachten. Toen ik de omvormer op locatie paste op de flexplate, kwam één gat niet overeen. Dit had ik vooraf allemaal al aangegeven, dat de flexplate van 96 is en de vier bevestigingsgaten allemaal op 90 graden zitten. Ik kon de flexplate daar achter laten waarop dezelfde dag nog een andere omvormer is opgestuurd. Bij ontvangst bleek het alsnog eentje te zijn die niet paste. (zie foto's) De oliepomp was ook hartstikke droog, dat hoort met ATF in elkaar te worden gezet. Ik heb het gat op de flexplate maar verplaatst en de boel opgelast. Uiteraard heb ik ze dit laten weten. Als reactie krijg je als antwoord dat dit vreemd was omdat ze het daar nog gecheckt hadden + "excuses voor het ongemak". That's it. Daar mag je het mee doen. Achteraf had ik toch maar beter een omvormer uit Amerika kunnen laten overkomen. Dat had mij brandstofkosten en extra verzendkosten kunnen besparen. Bij elkaar genomen helaas dus 150,- euro extra betaald voor een nogal teleurstellende ervaring met Ganzeboom. Initially had good contact with the employee, there was an immediate response to emails and a lot of time was spent on me as a customer. In the end I therefore also ordered a torque converter with oil pump for my A500 42RE from Ganzeboom. I was able to get significantly cheaper parts from America, but I could check them right now and I don't mind paying a little extra for some good service. I immediately had the stuff in my possession and did not have to wait two weeks longer. When I fitted the inverter on site to the flexplate, one hole did not match. I had already indicated this in advance, that the flexplate is 96 and the four mounting holes are all at 90 degrees. I was able to leave the flexplate there on which another inverter was sent the same day. Upon receipt it turned out to be one that did not fit. (see photos) The oil pump was also very dry, it should be assembled with ATF. I moved the hole on the flexplate and welded it all together. Of course I let them know. In response you get the answer that this was strange because they still checked it there + "apologies for the inconvenience". That's it. You can do it with that. In retrospect, I would have been better off having an inverter come over from America. That could have saved me fuel costs and additional shipping costs. All in all, so unfortunately paid 150 euros extra for a rather disappointing experience with Ganzeboom.
K	Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Communicatie was transparant en duidelijk. Ondanks dat ik alles via de telefoon en email heb besproken/afgesproken voelde het vertrouwd met Frank van Ganzeboom Transmissies. Vooraf een mail/prijs offerte aangevraagd, worst case (wilde ik zelf), voor een volledige revisie van de versnellingsbak van mijn E61 uit 2006 (alle symptomen wezen op een defecte versnellingsbak). Ganzeboom bleek 550 EU goedkoper dan 2 andere partijen(sommigen reageerde niet eens op mijn mails/appjes). Transport kosten waren 50 EU goedkoper dus al met al 600 EU goedkoper. Qua reparatie tijd zaten de 3 partijen rond dezelfde datum (3 week later i.v.m. vakantieperiode). Ik heb de auto z.s.m. laten ophalen door Ganzeboom, zodat deze alvast daar zou staan en in de hoop dat er een gaatje in de agenda vrij zou vallen. Ik ben na het stellen van de diagnose direct gebeld en heb akkoord gegeven voor het uitvoeren van de volledige revisie. Een week later kreeg ik een telefoontje dat ik de auto kon ophalen. Ik kan alleen maar vol lof over dit bedrijf spreken en adviseren aan anderen. Ik heb nu een E61 die weer heerlijk soepel schakelt incl. een jaar garantie (wel vrij standaard overal, maar alsnog fijn!) Al met al heeft mij dit rond de 3500 EU gekost, waar ik bij anderen ruim 4100 EU kwijt zou zijn geweest. Communication was transparent and clear. Despite the fact that I discussed/arranged everything by telephone and email, I felt familiar with Frank van Ganzeboom Transmissions. Requested a mail/price quote in advance, worst case (I wanted it myself), for a complete overhaul of the gearbox of my E61 from 2006 (all symptoms pointed to a faulty gearbox). Ganzeboom turned out to be 550 EU cheaper than 2 other parties (some did not even respond to my emails/apps). Transport costs were 50 EU cheaper so all in all 600 EU cheaper. In terms of repair time, the 3 parties were around the same date (3 week later due to the holiday period). I had the car picked up by Ganzeboom as soon as possible, so that it would already be there and in the hope that there would be a hole in the agenda. After making the diagnosis, I was immediately called and agreed to carry out the complete overhaul. A week later I got a call that I could pick up the car. I can only speak highly of this company and recommend it to others. I now have an E61 that shifts wonderfully smoothly again, including a one-year warranty (pretty standard everywhere, but still nice!) All in all, this cost me around 3500 EU, where I would have lost more than 4100 EU with others.

Der Preis war gegenüber den deutschen Mitbewerber um 35% günstiger. Wenn mein Getriebe noch mal kaputt gehen sollte nur noch Gazeboom Absolutely perfect company, Mr. Klaassen kept what he promised. Very nice contact. The price was 35% cheaper than the German competitors. If my gearbox breaks again, only Gazeboom will be left

Bak schakelt veel slechter dan voorheen, maar dit is geheel normaal volgens de geleerden bij Ganzeboom en beter als dit kunnen wij hem niet maken....terwijl het voor de tijd een perfect goed schakelende DSG bak was. Na diverse malen er over de vloer te zijn geweest is het nog steeds niet opgelost. nu na een jaar(garantie periode) weer diverse keren gebeld en je wordt gewoon niet meer terug gebeld. Weg €6500!!! Op advies naar TVS DSG Dokter gegaan en het probleem verholpen in 1 uur tijd. €400 lichter, maar dat is hun van harte gegund. Perfect werk! Ganzeboom BEDANKT! DSG gearbox overhaul, with many hooks and eyes, and various extra costs. The gearbox shifts much worse than before, but this is completely normal according to the scientists at Ganzeboom and we can't make it better than this....while it was a perfectly good shifting DSG gearbox for the time. After several visits, it is still not resolved. now after a year (warranty period) called again several times and you just won't be called back. Gone €6500!!! Went to TVS DSG Doctor on advice and solved the problem in 1 hour. €400 lighter, but that is what they have been awarded. Perfect work! Ganzeboom THANK YOU!
