Wie zijn wij?
Met ingang van 1 maart 2020 hebben Bert en Nathalie Issard Garagebedrijf Brugge overgenomen. De naam is gewijzigd naar Garage Brugge.
Garage Brugge is een begrip in Hilversum en omstreken en staat bekend om de goede en persoonlijke service die klanten krijgen wanneer zij hun auto brengen voor een APK, onderhoudsbeurt en/ of reparatie. Garage Brugge beschikt over 1 APK- brug, 1 hoge brug voor campers en bakwagens en 7 algemene bruggen.
Daarnaast beschikt het team over de juiste diploma’s en certificeringen. Het RDW heeft ons aangewezen als officiële garage welke APK’s mag uitvoeren.
Naast onderhoud en reparaties voeren wij airco services uit (reinigen van de airco installatie, bijvullen van de airco vloeistoffen, reparatie aan de airco installatie), vervangen we banden of voeren we bandenwissels uit en bekijken we elke binnengebrachte auto aandachtig wanneer er een storing of afwijking is gemeld door de bestuurder. Met het team wordt in bijna alle gevallen een goede oplossing gevonden.
Daarnaast hanteren wij een betaalbaar uurtarief in de werkplaats en bestellen wij onze onderdelen hoofdzakelijk bij zeer betrouwbare leveranciers met wie wij nauw samenwerken.
Voordat een reparatie wordt uitgevoerd, wordt er altijd eerst telefonisch contact gezocht met de eigenaar van de auto om te overleggen over de te maken kosten.
Zo ontstaan er nooit verrassingen en gaan klanten weer tevreden naar huis!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jestem bardzo niemile rozczarowana pracownikami warsztatu gdzie wcześniej korzystałam z jego usług. Całkowity brak wychowania i ogłady, zero poszanowania dla klienta. Panowie najwyraźniej uznają, że jeśli przychodzi ktoś innej narodowości, nie zna ich ojczystego języka to mogą rozmawiać o wszystkim i o wszystkich. Miło by było gdyby klient został od razu obsłużony, nie musiał czekać i wysłuchiwać ponad półgodzinnego rozmawiania o głupotach, mógłby również ominąć patrzenie na dłubanie w nosie i na inne bardzo obrzydliwe rzeczy. Po takich widokach zrezygnowałam z czekania i postanowiłam zostawiać auto dzień później. Zwolniłam się z pracy, aby zdążyć to zrobić. I co? Pocałowałam klamkę. Warsztat był zamknięty choć na drzwiach i w internecie widnieje dokładnie ,że w godzinie 17.00- 18.00 jest otwarty. Byłam dokładnie chwilę po 17.00. Kierownikowi radzę uaktualnić godziny otwarcia. Mimo tego, że naprawiałam tu swoje auto postawa i zachowanie pracowników sprawiło, że więcej tego nie zrobię.

It would be nice if the client was served right away, he didn't have to wait and listen to more than half an hour of talking about stupid things, he could also skip looking at nose picking and other very disgusting things. After such views, I gave up waiting and decided to leave the car a day later. I quit my job to do it. And what? I kissed the door handle. The workshop was closed, although on the door and it is clearly stated on the internet that it is open from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm. I was exactly after 5:00 PM. I advise the manager to update the opening hours. Despite the fact that I was fixing my car here, the attitude and behavior of the employees meant that I will not do it again.

Hier weet men tenminste nog wat ouderwets vakmanschap en service is.
Deze mannen zijn ook niet bang om een grote klus aan te pakken en doen wat ze beloven.
Mannen bedankt voor de goede service aan mijn 1991 Hymer. Ik ben heel blij dat jullie er voor gezorgt hebben dat ik weer veilig en op tijd aan mijn vakantie kan beginnen.

Called this morning had a problem with oil pressure in my GTI. Could bring the car immediately and pick it up again at the end of the day. The motor is flushed and noticed an immediate difference. Top service. I'll definitely return.
