★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a heating issue with my less than 6 month old (39k) car. First available date for any of the opel garages in the area (all part of the same owner) to have a look was three days later!! Not to impressed with that.
When I got to the garage, parking was all full so had to illegally park across the street.
The diagnosis was reasonably fast but yielded no actual cause. Luckily the heating had started working on it's own accord already but not terribly impressed here.
Also, the other person waiting for their car was told that the wrong headlight had been ordered so this all makes me feel that my experience is not an anomaly.
