Bij deze garage konden we én gelijk terecht én werd het euvel nog dezelfde dag professioneel verholpen én nog voor niks ook! Niet klakkeloos een nieuw onderdeel erin maar eerst even kijken wat er nu werkelijk aan de hand was. Zeer prettige en goede service. Veel dank!! We got unlucky with our holiday car from 1995. We could go to this garage right away and the problem was professionally repaired the same day and for nothing! Not indiscriminately a new part, but first let's see what was really going on. Very pleasant and good service. Many thanks!!

We wonen zelf vlak bij amsterdam, maar dat was de 1 uur en 3 kwartier rijden helemaal waard. We bought our car here. Very nice people and great service. Highly recommended! We live close to Amsterdam ourselves, but that was completely worth the 1 hour and 45 minutes drive.

Van te voren had ik gebeld om een afspraak te maken voor het bekijken van een auto en om een proefrit te maken. De ontvangst was alles behalve vriendelijk. Nadat ik de auto had bekeken mocht ik een proefrit maken. Na de rit was het voor mij duidelijk dat dit niet de auto was die ik zocht. Toen ik de sleutel ging overhandigen en ik zei dat het een degelijke auto was maar teveel gebruikerssporen had, ging meneer uit zijn slof. Hij was echt heel boos. Dat kon ik toch ook van te voren bedenken? De auto is 16 jaar oud, wat ik wel niet dacht! Dan had ik de auto ook niet voor je klaar hoeven zetten! Ik weet ook wel dat het geen nieuwe auto is maar het verschil tussen de foto's en de werkelijkheid lag nogal ver uit elkaar. Jammer dat je zo met klanten om gaat. On Autotrack I had found a car at garage Dorenbos. I had called in advance to make an appointment to view a car and to take a test drive. The reception was anything but friendly. After I had looked at the car I was allowed to take it for a test drive. After the drive it was clear to me that this was not the car I was looking for. When I went to hand over the key and I said it was a decent car but had too many signs of use, the gentleman freaked out. He was really very angry. Couldn't I have thought of that in advance? The car is 16 years old, which I didn't think! Then I wouldn't have had to get the car ready for you! I also know that it is not a new car but the difference between the photos and reality was quite far apart. It's a shame you treat customers like that.

Jan en Marcel, ontzettend bedankt voor jullie meer dan bereidwillige service, ook al was jullie bezetting vanwege vakantie en vrije dagen niet optimaal. En dat voor een klant die geeneens vaste klant is. Echt mannen, super!! The mirror came off… Within 2 days everything was back to normal. Jan and Marcel, thank you very much for your more than willing service, even though your occupation was not optimal due to holidays and days off. And that for a customer who is not even a regular customer. Really guys, great!!
