Reklamationsbearbeitung leider mangelhaft und noch immer nicht erledigt. Termine wurden nicht eingehalten. Tag Urlaub entsprechend für die Katz… naja mal schauen wie es weitergeht… Update: am 21.1. alle Infos wie gewünscht an die E-Mail Adresse gesendet. Heute den 31.1. als Servicetermin erhalten. Visit to the showroom and the seller as well as the oversize top. However, after building a construction site, not everything was completed. Complaint processing unfortunately inadequate and still not settled. Deadlines were not met. Day vacation accordingly for the cat ... well let's see how it goes on ... Unprofessionell Arbeit, Die Pfosten sind schief, Regenrohr undicht… Warten seit zwei Jahren auf Fertigstellung.. Beleuchtung funktioniert nicht. Ich kann diese Firma nicht weiterempfehlen. We decided on a patio roof two years ago, the consultation was great!! Unprofessional work, the posts are crooked, drainpipe leaking... Waiting for completion for two years.. Lighting does not work. I cannot recommend this company.

Änderungswünsche wurden prompt umgesetzt. Termingerechte ordnungsgemäße Montage durch kompetente und freundliche Monteure erfolgte im Januar 2022. Zufriedenheitscheck durch GartenLüx erfolgte unmittelbar nach Montage mit dem Hinweis, falls wider Erwarten ein Mangel auftritt, sich GartenLüx um umgehende Behebung kümmert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Betreuung sowie Auftragsdurchführung und werden GartenLüx geredet weiterempfehlen. Friendly competent advice with simultaneous conclusion of the purchase contract in October 2021. Measurements carried out on time in November 2021. Change requests were implemented promptly. On-schedule, proper installation by competent and friendly fitters was carried out in January 2022. GartenLüx carried out a satisfaction check immediately after installation with the information that if, contrary to expectations, a defect occurs, GartenLüx will take care of it immediately. We are very satisfied with the support and execution of the order and will definitely recommend GartenLüx.

Von der Lieferung und vor allem der guten Montage war mein Mann sehr begeistert. Der Wintergarten macht einen sehr stabilen und wertigen Eindruck.
