C	Cus Tomer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe bei diesem Händler sehr teure Gartenmöbel samt Zubehör gekauft in der Annahme, dass die Möbel und das Zubehör von sehr guter Qualität wären. Leider wurde ich enttäuscht. Die Farbe an den Holzteilen der Möbel war nach ein paar Monaten abgesplittert, die Metallteile der Möbel sind verformt, die Befestigungsriemen der Schutzplane (ebenfalls von diesem Händler zusammen mit den Möbeln gekauft) halten nicht und reißen aus, die Plane selbst ist ebenfalls nicht Outdoor–tauglich. Nach einer Reklamation beim Händler wurde mir nur mitgeteilt, dass das Absplittern der Farbe normal wäre und ich im Shop Reparartur–Farbe bestellen könne. Die Qualitätsmängel der Plane wurden nicht als Garantie- oder Gewährleistung gewertet und die Verformungen wurden ebenfalls nicht als Qualitätsproblem eingestuft. Als Kunde habe ich nun also eine Gartenmöbel-Garnitur mit Premium–Preis und Baumarkt-Qualität. Dem Händler ist es offensichtlich egal, Hauptsache er hat viel verdient an diesem Geschäft. Kundenorientierung = Fehlanzeige! Nie wieder Gartenmöbelrabatt.de! The color on the wooden parts of the furniture was chipped off after a few months, the metal parts of the furniture are deformed, the straps of the protective tarpaulin (also bought from this dealer together with the furniture) do not hold and tear, the tarpaulin itself is also not outdoor– suitable. After complaining to the dealer, I was only informed that the chipping of the paint would be normal and that I could order repairs in the shop. The quality defects of the tarpaulin were not considered a guarantee or warranty and the deformations were also not classified as a quality problem. As a customer, I now have a garden furniture set with a premium price and hardware store quality. The dealer obviously doesn't care, the main thing is that he has earned a lot from this business. Customer orientation = no report! Never again garden furniture discount!

Ich war zunächst wegen der Schreibweise der Internetseite und einiger Rechtschreibfehler auf der Seite unsicher; allerdings kann man unter anderem mit paypal bezahlen, daher kontaktierte ich den Service bezüglich eines bestimmten Sofas und erhielt wenige Stunden später ein konkretes Angebot und mir wurden auch Fragen beantwortet. Die Rechtschreibfehler ergeben sich, weil das Unternehmen in den Niederlanden sitzt (wo man die Ware auch abholen könnte) - auf der Webseite ist auch ein Button, mit dem man zwischen Deutsch und Niederländisch wechseln kann (man wird dann auf die andere Webseite umgeleitet). Der Versand nach Niedersachsen hat per Spedition 149 Euro gekostet- aber bei dem Warenwert und dem ausgesuchten Modell war das in Ordnung, denn bei unseren speziellen Anforderungen habe ich bei uns in der Nähe nichts gefunden und auch im Internet hatten wir in Deutschland kein Glück. Bezahlung per Paypal, direkt danach kam die Bestätigung über Zahlungseingang, voraussichtlicher Termin wurde am Folgetag bestimmt, die Spedition meldete sich bereits am nächsten Werktag - hierbei konnte ich den Zustelltag und den Zeitraum (!), zumindest ob vor- oder nachmittags wählen. Die Zustellung klappte dann auch ohne Probleme und das Sofa ist von super Qualität (Hersteller "Taste by Four Seasons", was die etwas günstigere Marke von 4seasons ist.) Kommunikation mit dem Shop und die Lieferung funktionierte aber einwandfrei. Die Möbel stehen nun den zweiten Sommer bei jedem Wetter draussen und sind immer noch einwandfrei. Wir sind sehr happy damit. Had ordered the furniture from Switzerland. Delivery was only possible to the border in Germany. Communication with the shop and delivery worked perfectly. The furniture is now outside in all weathers for the second summer and is still in perfect condition. We are very happy with it.
