Erg traag en ik druk de mensen voor me bijna uit hun stoel om het effectief te kunnen bedienen. Das jammer Fine animation screen only descends from the year of Christ. Very outdated and the most famous actors / music is not even on it. Very slow and I almost push the people in front of me out of their seats to operate it effectively. That's a pity

Ruime plekken, zeer vriendelijk personeel, alle comfort die je nodig hebt krijg je, zoals een blinderingsmasker, oordopjes, sokken, een deken, een kussen enz... Volop eten en drinken en dus zeer service gericht. Ik ben zeer te spreken over deze maatschappij. TOP!!! What a great airline! Spacious places, very friendly staff, you get all the comfort you need, such as a mask, earplugs, socks, a blanket, a pillow etc ... Plenty of food and drink and therefore very service oriented. I am very pleased with this society. TOP!!!

Niveau matériel mis a disposition, les plaids sont sous blister comme neufs mais ne sont pas lavés. J ai du en ouvrir plusieurs pour en avoir un non taché et qui n avait pas d odeur. Idem pour les casques audio qui sont cassés ou grésillent. Désagréable pendant un film et uun vol de 15h. Nice and smiling staff nothing to say about it. But the food is not good and cold. Rice rice rice, to all sauces. Equipment level available, the blankets are in blister packs like new but are not washed. I had to open several to get one that was not stained and that did not smell. Ditto for headphones that are broken or crackle. Unpleasant during a film and a 15h flight.

Ook al duurde de teruggaaf van het geld langer dan verwacht: ik ben iedere keer netjes te woord gestaan en uiteindelijk goed geholpen. Top service, ik zal in de toekomst zeker met Garuda vliegen. Helped very well with the canceled flights during corona. Even though the return of the money took longer than expected: every time I was properly addressed and ultimately helped. Top service, I will definitely fly with Garuda in the future.
J	Job van de Weerd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worthless service! Both of us have food poisoning after eating the Rice/chicken menu on this flight. The persons sitting next to us, both sides, had the same problem. About 30 minutes after eating it all of us started getting nauseous and trowing up! Which, to say the least, is awful in And of itself but while flyning for hours it’s absolutly horrific! We are both still in terrible shape and I hope that we don’t have to stress the significance of our situation right now. The one day we were about to spend in London sightseeing will be a day in bed ánd a bad flight tonight back to Amsterdam. After file a complait they told us that we were lying and they weren’t compensatiegedrag anything..
