★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my hang luggage without my concern. I complained and reclamed that my ticket allowed me to carry it and they treated me really poorly. Totally unacceptable. Never flying with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You pay more so you can change your flights online, fair enough. Then their page doesn't work so you have to pay again to call them otherwise, if you still try to do it online and they are late replying, you'll end up having to pay 50€pp just to change flights. They call it "your situation" but it's been created by their company. So, paying for more is not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Markets website to US consumers using Google AdSense and having app available in Apple's US App Store, but operates in blatant and unapologetic violation of US law. Customer rep attempted to explain to me that the multinational Air France-KLM S.A. was a "Dutch and French company" and did not have to comport to US DOT regulations. When confronted with obvious reality, claimed "servers were based in Europe." I was baffled a customer rep (three actually as I spoke to managers) would attempt to play lawyer but they did in complete disregard of applicable territories in which they operate and market themselves.

The price might look good and all fluffy and white, this is far from the truth.
If your plans change and you have to reschedule flights the charge is more then 75% of the ticket price. Excessive in the 21st century!
With the online booking systems these days how dare they charge customers to do their jobs for them.
Don't do it guys because as a student like me you will be walking. Lol
