★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen opvolging van bestelling, leveringstermijn vermeld op webshop klopt niet. Geen enkele reactie op verzonden mails met vraag tot update bestelling. Na telefonisch contact blijkt er geen voorraad te zijn en is het wachten tot ze bericht krijgen van fabricant.
No order follow-up, delivery time stated on the webshop is incorrect. No response to sent mails with request to update order. After telephone contact there appears to be no stock and it is waiting for them to receive a message from the manufacturer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed advies gehad, maar duidelijk niet geschikt voor particulieren. Prijzen zijn ex btw en dat vertellen ze er niet bij. Prijzen liggen ook echt substantieel hoger dan elders. Op mails wordt niet gereageerd, bij discussie lopen ze gewoon weg.
Had good advice, but clearly not suitable for individuals. Prices are ex VAT and they do not say that. Prices are also substantially higher than elsewhere. E-mails are not responded to, they just walk away during discussions.
