★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible student house. Maintenance is every 100 years, so is cleaning. No full garbage segregation, no energy saving. Large rooms though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ F-building is a cool mixed residential property for students studying here at Erasmus University, Rotterdam. Each apartment is exclusive with a kitchenette and a refrigerator. The only disadvantage is that it has shared bathrooms and restrooms. Sometimes you have to deal with unacceptable behaviours from students due to their unpleasant use of the restrooms?...I usually attribute such behaviours to probably their poor upbringing and unhygienic behaviours since most tenants are from different countries.
