Geflipt is een gezellig en écht Amsterdams eetcafé, gespecialiseerd in de beste burgers. Bij Geflipt eet je daarom de lekkerste hamburgers en geniet je van een heerlijk (speciaal)biertje, cocktail of wijntje in lekker ongedwongen sfeer!
About Geflipt
Behalve op kwaliteit selecteren we onze leveranciers ook op waar ze vandaan komen, wij vinden het namelijk niet heel duurzaam om onnodig veel vrachtverkeer te gebruiken om jouw burger op tafel te krijgen.
Zo komt ons vlees van Maas-Rijn-IJssel runderen, dit is een Nederlands dubbeldoel ras die op steenworpafstand van Amsterdam lekker in de wei staan te grazen. De hamburgerbroodjes worden iedere ochtend speciaal voor ons gebakken door een Amsterdamse bakker. Onze biertjes komen veelal van Amsterdamse brouwers, zoals de inmiddels ‘wereldberoemde’ Brouwerij ’t IJ. Onze koffie komt van de Amsterdamse koffiebranders Bocca en de verse thee van Senza Tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great fries and burgers. All dishes are also available as a veggie version. The staff is friendly, there's nice music playing in the restaurant and the terrace is cozy. If any, the noise of the aligning street would be a downside, but the food really makes up for it.

However, the service is deplorable. I had the impression to be invisible: I had not been welcomed, sit myself on the table and wait, wait and wait.
I ordered a large coffee, they didn't have. They proposed me to get two small coffees instead and to ask for the second one when I wanted it. I had to ask for it 3 times. The second coffee came 35 minutes later.
Oh and, they didn't ask for the Corona pass.
Food are delicious but the lack of service makes it less tasty. Too bad.

Frites were exceptional. Froends had burgers and were very satisfied.
