★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hair saloon that i've ever been. Hairdresser didn't do anything right basically. She even got messed up with hair clipper, and made a scar like line on the side of my head. Price 37.50 euros, for hairdo that now i need to pay to another hairdresser to try and do something out of it. Disaster!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the best haircut ever. My experience with hairdressers is pretty bad, they usually do not listen and use your hair as a canvas for their 'art'. Alyssa, who cut my hair actually really listened and gave me exactly what I wanted!!! Also Alyssa was very kind and gentle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ioana was a great hairdresser. Very friendly and listened to my demanding husband on what he wanted with his hair. We had great conversation and she offered coffee or anything we wanted to drink.
Very nice hairdresser, we would come back to her next time we are in Amsterdam :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Geknipte Bonen online and decided to pay a visit according to the good reviews. The day I visited it I asked how much it would cost to have my hair bleached as I needed a color change and the price seemed reasonable, considering the quality of service so I booked an appointment. When I got there we started the process and I noticed that was for highlights and not full hair color as I had originally asked. A lady speaking English (which I guess was the owner?) came to discuss what I was asking for and I explained to her that if they were not confident with the process, as it was a big change, we could just proceed to a haircut. She assured me that the hairdresser (not speaking English but extremely polite, she was literally adorable) was experienced and could keep on with the process. At the end the result of colour change was not the expected at all, did not seem professional rather I could have achieved this at home (brass roots with random hairs not at all bleached). At least, the hairdresser was very careful not to damage my hair and gave me a nice haircut. Finally, they charged me a price not at all comparable to the one they had mentioned when I booked and there was no one there to explain me how such a price was justified. I am not happy considering the outcome and the price for the specific hair treatments, at least I had a good tea and a nice haircut.
