D	Daan Solleveld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ons huis moest met spoed getaxeerd worden, we zijn zeer snel geholpen en het rapport was er binnen 2 werkdagen. Taxatierapport werd direct naar de hypotheekverstrekker gestuurd en wij hadden er zelf geen omkijken naar! Our house had to be valued urgently, we were helped very quickly and the report was there within 2 working days. Appraisal report was sent directly to the mortgage lender and we did not have to worry about it ourselves!

That hideous lady named Gwendoline van der Linden is the rudest old woman with absolutely dreadful customer service in the whole Netherlands! I only asked for their flexibility if I could come 15 mins earlier for my appointment and she gave me excuses and accused me of not listening to her. Usually, all these “makelaar”s let people come in without even checking each scheduled appointment. She then hung up on my phone call when I was explaining why I needed to come early. Learn proper customer service somewhere. Otherwise, just get retired! Shame on you, woman!
e	esti murik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used GELDHOF MAKELAARDIJ's service for an apartment appraisal. They were very quick to respond and to conduct the inspection, as well as the report - on the next day. I'm very glad I went with them :)
T	Thi Luu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Request to view two properties this week, and both were represented by geldhof.nl. I was rejected for one property because they had too many requests, so perhaps they could send me a video instead. They did not provide this service. For the second property, they gave me a time slot in the middle of the working day the following day. I asked for a later appointment, to which she replied that they would be at the property at 2 pm, so 4.40pm will too late for them. Since it is working professionals that they want to rent to, I am shocked that there was no flexibility. Daphne offered me another slot 10 days later (it turns out to be the same lady who rejected my request for viewing the 1st property). Obviously, this is not a priority for them. For homeowners who want a professional company to do their best to screen for the best possible tenants and that your property is showcased to as many potential tenants, then geldhof.nl should not be your first, second or even last choice. Poor service all around.

I had a viewing last Friday, I asked several questions about the type of heating, why you have to pay 50 for costs at months, who is the owner of the apartment... normal things you wanna know before signing a contract of an apartment to rent that costs 2000 euro a month! The situation to rent an apartment in the Netherlands is in general very catastrophic, I expect at least to find someone that can really help you... but for all the brokers, especially in the big cities, you are just anyone, they don't even ask my name last week! If it is not you is another one, the apartment is already gone in an hour!

Most of the makelaars I called were not able to provide this service, or they were ´´too busy´´ to do it fast, or they were just too expensive. Geldhof however offered me the possibility to do it urgently for a fair price and they exceeded my expectations when they did it in 1 working day! They are not only fast but also professional, they provided a good quality job which was accepted by the bank. I highly recommend them.
