Dat er, deels van mijn kant en mogelijk een typefout door degene die mijn nieuwe rijbewijs heeft gemaakt, ik na 13 dagen nog steeds geen goede nieuw rijbewijs heb, kan ik de Gemeente niet kwalijk nemen. Ik heb geen klachten (ik ben zelf ook ambtenaar). The people helped me very well with a driver's license application. That, partly on my part and possibly a typo by the person who made my new driver's license, I still don't have a good new driver's license after 13 days, I can't blame the Municipality. I have no complaints (I am a civil servant myself).

Wij hebben daar wat foto's bij gevonden Fr.W 2022 We have been living in Bussum for a number of years. What struck us is that many things from earlier years have disappeared. C	Cheryl Borgers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik woon nu eenmaal in deze gemeente en ik kom er liever niet, maar eens in de zoveel tijd heb ik geen keus. de blonde oudere mevrouw bij de receptie is echt verschrikkelijk niet klantvriendelijk of behulpzaam. Ze doen tegen mensen die geen 100% nederlands spreken zo onaardig en kortaf en daar moet je nou eenmaal heel rustig en behulpzaam mee omgaan. Je mag niet eens een pen lenen en als ze je niet verstaan omdat je een mondkapje op hebt doen ze daar ook super bot over . Neem nou eens klantvriendelijke mensen aan ze zijn het gezicht van je gemeente. iedereen die ik ken die met deze gemeente moet werken klaagt er over. We komen echt niet als we het zo makkelijk op internet of met digi d kunnen doen. Ik blijf dit melden tot ik een keer fatsoenlijk behandelt word. I live in this municipality and I'd rather not go there, but once in a while I don't have a choice. the blond older lady at the reception is really terrible not customer friendly or helpful. They act so unkind and curt to people who do not speak 100% Dutch and you have to deal with it very calmly and helpfully. You are not even allowed to borrow a pen and if they do not understand you because you have a mouth cap on they are also super rude about it. Take customer-friendly people, they are the face of your municipality. everyone I know who has to work with this church complains about it. We really won't get there if we can do it so easily on the internet or with digi d. I'll keep reporting this until I get some decent treatment.

A	Andrew Kuznetsov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read lots of negative feedbacks here and I was really scared when was going to register my new home address in Bussum. When I come to Gemeente on Monday (walk-ins without appointments are welcome on Mondays) I was impressed by helpfulness of personnel, ticket system (in Dutch, but someone will help you to find what you need). All my questions were resolved: registration of foreign marriage certificate, registration of me and my wife in apartments. Everything fast, professional and with smile. This time (today) I went to apply for foreign driver license exchange and I can say absolutely same things: helpful counter selected proper ticket for me, lots of space to wait in line (I was waiting 15 minutes), quiet and nice atmosphere - my documents were accepted during just 5 minutes. Thank you Gooise Merent Gementee employees!
