Online kun je makkelijk een afspraak maken vooraf voor bijv het aanvragen van documenten om de wachttijd te beperken. Ik heb ook al eerder gebeld met best vreemde of bijzondere vraagstelling zoals mag ik het stroomkastje hier in de wijk oppimpen met graffiti voor een mooier aangezicht. Het mocht wellis waar niet maar dat werd wel netjes even na gevraagd en terug gekoppeld.
