★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the attitude of the person that dealt with me, I had previous email correspondence to confirm that the appointment I booked is the right step of the process before I book the appointment. Only to find out in the appointment that in fact it was a waste of time and a waste of taking time off work.
