★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beetje vreemd dat als je een klacht hebt over gebrek aan kwaliteit van je gemeente - in mijn geval gemeente Breda - een klacht omdat gemeente ambtenaren liegen en bedriegen, dat die klacht niet wordt opgepakt door dit zgn kwaliteitsinstituut. Alsof de kwaliteit van dienstverlening niet wordt aangetast door onrechtmatig gedrag van ambtenaren. Kwaliteitsinstituut Nederlandse gemeenten lijkt - net als zo vele andere ambtelijke organisaties - er vooral te zijn om zichzelf een pluim te geven, enige zelfkritiek laat staan een zelfreinigend vermogen ontbreekt. De vraag is dan ook wat is de waarde van een instituut dat er vooral voor zichzelf is en wederom betaald wordt door de uitgezogen belastingbetaler
 It's a bit strange that if you have a complaint about the lack of quality of your municipality - in my case the municipality of Breda - a complaint because municipal officials lie and cheat, that this so-called quality institute will not deal with that complaint. As if the quality of service is not affected by the unlawful behavior of civil servants. Quality Institute Dutch municipalities - like so many other civil service organizations - seems to be mainly there to give themselves praise, some self-criticism let alone a self-cleaning capacity. The question therefore is what is the value of an institution that is primarily for itself and is paid for again by the taxpayer
