Ik word altijd snel en goed geholpen, afspraken maken gaat snel en makkelijk en het team is altijd vriendelijk. Ik ben erg tevreden over de zorg bij deze praktijk. Ook verwijzingen en hulp bij hardnekkigere problemen zijn altijd goed en snel. Iedereen denkt erg met je mee.
I am always helped quickly and well, making appointments is quick and easy and the team is always friendly. I am very satisfied with the care provided by this practice. Referrals and help with more persistent problems are also always good and fast. Everyone thinks along with you a lot.

Jarenlang niet adequaat behandeld, maar de druppel was het voorschrijven van de verkeerde medicijnen (twee keer). Daarnaast een waslijst aan andere klachten en mij niet serieus nemen, zoals rare kwakzalverige diagnose (vit. D tekort ipv doorverwijzing voor (inmiddels aangetoonde) multiple sclerosis), deur van behandelkamer wijd open doen terwijl ik nog niet aangekleed was, amateuristisch afbinden van een fibroom met een afgeknipt touwtje van een tampon (ja.. echt) waardoor het uiteindelijk ontstoken raakte en alsnog weggesneden moest worden, kwetsende bewoordingen in mijn dossier en onjuistheden die niet gecorrigeerd werden. Ik was er uiteindelijk klaar mee en ben voor het einde van een lopende behandeling overgestapt naar een andere praktijk. NB: Onder een pseudoniem geplaatst omdat er medische informatie in staat, maar na even twijfelen er toch voor gekozen om dat wel te delen aangezien het mijn nare ervaringen met deze praktijk duidelijk illustreert. Reacties worden niet op prijs gesteld.
Not treated adequately for years, but the last straw was prescribing the wrong drugs (twice). In addition, a laundry list of other complaints and not taking me seriously, such as a strange quack diagnosis (vit. D deficiency instead of referral for (now proven) multiple sclerosis), opening the door of the treatment room wide while I was not yet dressed, amateurish ligation of a fibroid with a cut string from a tampon (yes.. really) which eventually became inflamed and had to be cut away, hurtful words in my file and inaccuracies that were not corrected. I was finally done with it and switched to another practice before the end of an ongoing treatment. NB: Placed under a pseudonym because it contains medical information, but after a while of hesitation I decided to share it as it clearly illustrates my bad experiences with this practice. Comments are not appreciated.

Misdiagnosed, not taken seriously. Within the past two months I had several appointments and all three doctors had the chance to look at my wound. No one took it seriously even though no healing progress was made and regardless of the concerns that I raised, my wish to be referred to a specialist or the hospital were ignored. I had to go to Germany to see a specialist and to be taken seriously. They did an X-Ray and found something stuck in my leg which is why it was not healing. I will have to get surgery and be in the hospital for several days. The wound would have never healed and the Praxis would have never taken responsibility.

Horrible service and never any help.... Today was last drop... Came in 8:30 for an appointment... asked if I’m In the line and clerk said yes all great please a seat. After 1 hour not getting help. I asked what’s happening, they said ops they accidentally booked the appointment for tomorrow... and when he checked for me in the morning he was looking at the wrong screen. His reply was β€œops wat dom van mij” This is just today.. but every single time I have been I had to wait 45min-1.5 hours !!! What on earth do they do and why bother making an appointment if it’s going to be an hour late. The doctors themselves never no anything!!! Just ask what they think is wrong and then redirect else where . Actually twice was told To come back in 2 weeks see if things get better! Only after getting angry did I get taken seriously and actually directed to a real Doctor... I don’t understand that service can be so horrible and doctors so low educated how can they even be called doctors... it’s ridiculous! Moving to a new praktijk. Per direct. Ps in 5 years with them I visited 4 times and each was worse then the last.

The doctors are great; very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Dr. Boutahiri and Dr. van Heezik for all your help! The issue I had was with the administration. I have a chronic mental condition for which missing medicine for a few days will get me floored. I've had a few instances were my repeat prescription has been messed up (e.g. sending me a "let's chat about your prescription on Monday" email on a Friday evening, just after pharmacies and the practice are about to close, that was a fun weekend), but none quite like the last time. I've been out for two days because of problems with forwarding the prescription, and the administration tell me they will email me later because they have a queue on the phone line, and hang up when I urgently insisted aid. They did not contact me back and the practice is now closed, and the withdrawal symptoms are getting absolutely unbearable. Not to mention the grunts and disgust that penetrates through the phone when you're a int. student who doesn't yet speak Dutch. Consider some other practices I've heard smooth experiences from other Dutch/int. students: Huisartsencentrum Leiden Huisartsenpraktijk Minken Good luck!
