★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een irritante assistenten en huisarts helemaal. Zoontje van 11 met een gebroken duim, zijn te beroerd om een verwijsbrief af te geven. Ziekenhuis wil daarom niet behandelen. Dus loopt ie zonder gips. Moet vanzelf over gaan. Hier betaal je dus maandelijks zorgkosten voor.
What an annoying assistants and doctor at all. 11-year-old son with a broken thumb is too bad to give a referral letter. Hospital therefore does not want to treat. So he runs without plaster. Must pass by itself. You therefore pay monthly healthcare costs for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vervelende assistente... niet geschikt voor werkende mensen. Je kan alleen een afspraak inplannen tussen 8:00 uur en 11:00 uur , anders wordt je gewoon niet geholpen. en nogmaals assistente is behoorlijk onbeschoft
annoying assistant ... not suitable for working people. You can only schedule an appointment between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. otherwise you will not be helped. and once again assistant is quite rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een teleurstelling! Vroeg in de ochtend gebeld over evt. blaasontsteking. Een half uur later urine-monster gebracht. De uitslag zou later in de ochtend doorgebeld worden zodat evt. direct met kuurtje begonnen kon worden. De assistente belde niet (op afgesproken tijd). Een kwartier later zelf maar gebeld. Is de praktijk gesloten!! Niet belangrijk genoeg blijkbaar. Bah!
What a disappointment! Called early in the morning about possibly. cystitis. Urine sample brought half an hour later. The result would be called later in the morning so that if necessary. could immediately start with a cure. The assistant did not call (at the agreed time). Fifteen minutes later I called myself. Closed practice !! Not important enough apparently. Bah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetente assistenten. Een kruk laten liggen bij de huisarts wordt er verteld dat ik een half uur moet gaan wachten totdat de assistente klaar is met pauzeren.
Daarnaast is de rolstoel die te leen is met complete lekke banden, je komt amper de lift in of uit zonder te vallen. Er zat ook allemaal stof en plantenrotzooi op de rolstoel.
Incompetent assistants. Leaving a crutch at the doctor's is told that I have to wait half an hour until the assistant has finished pausing.
In addition, the wheelchair that can be borrowed with completely flat tires, you barely get in or out of the elevator without falling. There was also dust and plant junk on the wheelchair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ook wij zijn al 18 jaar heel tevreden over deze praktijk! De huisartsen zijn zeer kundig, doortastend maar ook mensgericht. De assistenten zijn vriendelijk en meedenkend. Alle lof!!
We have also been very satisfied with this practice for 18 years! The GPs are very knowledgeable, thorough but also people-oriented. The assistants are friendly and cooperative. All praise !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer positieve ervaringen met beide huisartsen en ook de assistenten. Voor 11.00 uur bellen voor een afspraak vind ik geen probleem: ik ben niet anders gewend dus het zit in mijn systeem. Ik zie alleen maar negatieve ervaringen, ik heb dus al 18 jaar goede ervaringen.
Very positive experiences with both GPs and assistants. Calling before 11 a.m. for an appointment is no problem: I'm not used to anything else so it's in my system. I only see negative experiences, so I have had good experiences for 18 years.

Hangen de hoorn erop als iemand zijn stem verheft (iemand met psychische problemen heeft dat niet in bedwang). Walgelijk

Doesn't acknowledge her/their mistakes..
Hang up the receiver when someone raises their voice (someone with mental health problems can't control that). Disgusting
