P	PeterB in da internet on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huisartsen praktijk waar de arts uitstekend werk levert en de patiënt mee mag denken om zo samen tot een goede oplossing en/of aanpak te komen. Het is ook heel fijn communiceren met de vriendelijke doktersassistente die voortreffelijk werk verricht, complimenten! GP practice where the doctor does an excellent job and allows the patient to think along in order to arrive at a good solution and / or approach together. It is also very nice to communicate with the friendly doctor's assistant who does an excellent job, compliments!

Ik ben nog nooit zo goed geholpen. Artsen luisteren daadwerkelijk en vragen je ook naar wat je zelf wil (bijvoorbeeld als de diagnose nog niet is gesteld). Voor het eerst in 5 jaar een huisarts die luistert naar het probleem en indien nodig doorverwijst. Great doctors, intensely sweet assistants who reassure you and are always friendly. Easily accessible and short waiting times. I've never been helped better. Doctors actually listen and also ask you what you want (for example if the diagnosis has not yet been made). For the first time in 5 years a GP who listens to the problem and refers if necessary.
D	Doris Del Rey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele slechte ervaring gehad met dokter Ter Nellesteijn. Assistentes redden de praktijk. Gelukkig neemt Dokter Burger hier waar. Helaas vandaag erop gegooid toen ik belde door een assistente, en daarna weer derde in de wachtrij. Dit kan je bij een huisartenpraktijk niet maken, in hectische tijden. De sterren gaan alsnog uit naar de assistentes en dokter Burger. Zonder hun was ik er al weg sinds deze fusie. Had a very bad experience with Dr. Ter Nellesteijn. Assistants save the practice. Fortunately Doctor Burger observes here. Unfortunately thrown it today when I called by an assistant, and then again third in the queue. You can't do this at a general practice, in hectic times. The stars still go out to the assistants and Dr. Burger. Without them I would have been gone since this merger.
R	Robert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Maar... ELKE KEER EEN ANDER GEZICHT. Hier nooit een vaste huisarts. Elke keer weer een invaller, een bijspringen, en weer een tijdelijke ander. Echt bizar. Totaal GEEN SPRAKE van een persoonlijke band. Kom je voor een oorontsteking geen probleem. Maar voor iets meer je wilt toch zo nu en dan de zelfde huisarts zien die jou en je dossier een beetje kent. Erg jammer en een groot gemis. Friendly and helpful. But... A DIFFERENT FACE EVERY TIME. Never a regular doctor here. Every time a substitute, a helping hand, and another temporary one. Really bizarre. Absolutely NO TALK of a personal connection. If you come for an ear infection, no problem. But for something more, you still want to see the same doctor every now and then who knows you and your file a bit. Very sad and a great loss.

l	limargonzalez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After one year with this doctor I finally decided to moved out. I am not happy with the service of the huisarts at all. Most of the the time I felt ignored by her. Almost everytime I got sick I had to find my own solutions on internet because she was always saying to me I had to wait till my body heals itself and it was nothing to do. I received just once good service there when another doctor was replacing her. Sorry to said that, but I would not advice this doctor to a friend.

B	Bobbejaan Booy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3-2-2022 Update! Ive had a couple of times that there was an issue (wrong/forgotten) with the prescription. And now again my pharmacy got an prescription that was free to interpretation. This resulted in me not getting my chronic medication from my pharmacy and having to make a lot of calls to get it sorted. I will strongly suggest everyone to look for another GP in that area. The arrogance and lack of punctuality is unacceptable. Its not all bad ive had a nice and helpfull assistent on the phone for once. Not arrogant at al and very helpfull. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Very poor service in getting an appointment. The doc is ok but getting an appointment is always taking long.
