Wandelpad kan in de winter maanden blubberig en drassig zijn.
Helaas niet geschikt of goed toegankelijk voor rolstoel gebruikers.
Picturesque setting. You can walk around this 'Ven' here.
Hiking trail can be muddy and soggy in the winter months.
Unfortunately not suitable or easily accessible for wheelchair users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geopark De Hondsrug is a large area of Drenthe in which you can see numerous grave monuments dating back to the stone age. The center is De Hunebed museum in Borger. Here near the villages of Rolde and Balloo, you can visit Hunebed D16 (they are numbered). Also the Tumuli forest is nearby - here you can see grave hills. Apart from the historical aspects, also the nature is quite nice. The purple hike route through Kampsheide also passes through this point.
