Tijdens het passen in de winkel zat de broek iets wat te strak, maar de verkoopster beloofde mij dat deze uit zou lopen en losser zou worden. Mocht dit niet het geval zijn werd mij verteld dat ik deze mocht retourneren. Na het dragen van de broek werd deze niet losser. Ik heb de broek twee uurtjes gedragen en er kwam geen verandering in de pasvorm. Om deze reden ben ik terug gegaan naar de winkel om, zoals afgesproken, de broek te retourneren. In plaats van de afspraak na te komen, werd ik uitgelachen. Er werd mij verteld dat ik gek was en dat deze afspraak nooit gemaakt was. Ik ben dan ook extreem teleurgesteld in de service van de medewerkers van Gerans. Ik zit nu namelijk met een broek van €50 waar ik niet tevreden over ben. Door de slechte service bent u bij deze een klant armer. Unfortunately I cannot give Germans Meppel positive feedback. Recently I bought shorts from this establishment. While trying on in the store, the pants were a bit too tight, but the saleswoman promised me that they would flare out and loosen up. If this is not the case, I was told that I could return it. After wearing the pants, it did not loosen. I wore the pants for two hours and the fit did not change. For this reason, I went back to the store to return the pants as agreed. Instead of keeping the deal, I was laughed at. I was told that I was crazy and that this appointment was never made. I am therefore extremely disappointed in the service of the Gerans employees. I am now in fact with a pair of pants of € 50 that I am not satisfied with. Due to the bad service you are one customer poorer.
