Always check which sales people are there. Some are not happy that they have to work and they show that. You can look out the store. Buy my lingerie and swimwear. But with the nice sales people. Good quality.

Dit is heel netjes opgelost in de winkel in Meppel! Klacht ingediend door hun en dezelfde dag nog geld teruggestort. Dank naar de werknemers daar!
Received a package today from hunkemoller that I ordered online. Unfortunately there was a defect in one of the bras. Returned today at the branch in Meppel. This has been solved very neatly in the shop in Meppel! Complaint filed by them and money refunded the same day. Thanks to the employees there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my trans girlfriend to get proper measurements, and buy a bra or two if we found some. We were laughed in the face both of us. They didn't do it btw was the answer, which is ok. Unacceptable to be laughed at for any reasons. The lady in the store continued to laugh and asked several times if it was really my girlfriend getting measures, and every time followed by a big laugh.
Older lady for information. Lost 2 customers for sure.
