★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a place to eat some oysters and found this nice restaurant at the dommelweg in Eindhoven, a street with a lot of restaurants. Luckily for us they also had foie gras on the menu so we ordered some. The owner and chef Joost even came out to ask if we wanted it cooked or not! Plenty of wine choice, competent host.
