Hier bekam ich zu einem fairen Preis, das Auto was ich gesucht hatte. Beim Kauf wurde noch die Jahresinspektion sowie neue TÜV-Abnahmen durch den Händler übernommen (bei einem Auto das zehn Jahre alt ist!!). Super Beratung, super Service und freundliche Angestellte. Sehr zu empfehlen. I searched for a used Ford Galaxy and found out about mobile.de at Automobile Gertzen. Here I got a fair price, the car I was looking for. At the time of purchase, the annual inspection as well as new TÜV inspections were taken over by the dealer (for a car that is ten years old !!). Great advice, great service and friendly staff. We recommend.

Es wurde sich ausreichend Zeit für offene Fragen genommen. Preislich konnte man sich auch gut einig werden und ein paar Extras waren auch noch mit dabei.... Netter Kontakt...gerne wieder.... My son had bought a car there and was personally satisfied with the advice from the boss and the transaction to buy very well ... There was enough time for open questions. Price wise, you could also agree well and a few extras were also there .... Nice contact ... gladly again ....

Preislich sind wir schnell auf einen Punkt gekommen und alle meine Fragen wurden mit Ruhe und viel Fachwissen beantwortet. Hier legt man viel Wert auf einen gepflegten Umgang und soziale Wertschätzung zum Kunden! Kann nichts beanstanden und werde trotz der 180 km Entfernung immer wieder gerne mal reinzuschauen, wenn ich mich nach einem Wagen umschaue. Nur zu empfehlen! Ich bin super zufrieden mit der Preisleistung. Für eine Achsenvermessung musste ich knapp 70€ bezahlen, bei Euromaster wäre ich bei knapp 100€ gewesen. Zudem ist der Herr an der Rezeption wirklich freundlich und kommunikativ. Er erklärt kurz was Sache ist und was die einzelnen Werte bedeuten, damit man einen kleinen Überblick hat. Der Meister ist auch top! Am Telefon wurde ich direkt aufgeklärt was gemacht worden ist, was nicht gemacht werden muss und auf TÜV und Inspektion hingewiesen. Super Team, ich frage mich warum ich nicht schon viel früher auf den Laden gekommen bin. Great shop, great service and great people there. Up to now I was a customer of Euromaster in Lingen, but that has now changed. I am super satisfied with the price performance. I had to pay just under 70 € for an axis measurement, with Euromaster I would have been just under 100 €. In addition, the gentleman at the reception is really friendly and communicative. It briefly explains what is going on and what the individual values mean, so that you have a small overview. The master is also great! On the phone, I was informed directly what had been done, what did not have to be done and I was informed about TÜV and inspection. Great team, I wonder why I didn't come to the store much earlier.

Der Kostenvoranschlag und der Termin kamen sehr zügig, die Kommunikation lief gut. Der Einbau hat vier Tage länger gedauert, als ursprünglich vereinbart, aber für diese Zeit wurde mir ein kostenfreier Leihwagen zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Team hinterließ bei mir einen professionellen und freundlichen Eindruck! I have commissioned Bosch Car Service to retrofit an auxiliary heater in my car. The cost estimate and the appointment came very quickly, and communication went well. The installation took four days longer than originally agreed, but I was given a free rental car for this time. The team made a professional and friendly impression on me!
