★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe von der Firma eine Duschkabine einbauen lassen. Nach 4 Jahren, war die Bodenschiene stark korrodiert. Laut Herstellerfirma wurde sie falsch eingebaut. Das habe ich der Fa. Hackmann mitgeteilt. Diese hat zunächst das Produkt dafür verantwortlich gemacht, dann die Einbausituation und letztlich sei es ja auch eine sehr günstige Kabine und man könne sie auch nicht zerlegen und neu aufbauen. Das habe ich dann aber selbst gemacht, mit einem Originalersatzteil der Herstellerfirma. Ich würde mich nie wieder an diesen Betrieb wenden.
I had the company install a shower cubicle. After 4 years, the bottom rail was badly corroded. According to the manufacturer, it was installed incorrectly. I have informed the company Hackmann. This has first made the product responsible, then the installation situation and ultimately it was indeed a very convenient cabin and they could not break down and rebuild also. But then I did it myself, with an original spare part of the manufacturer. I would never contact this company again.
