De groep bestaat uit enthousiaste deelnemers
Leonie is een all round sport coach, zij motiveert en zorgt voor de aansturing van de oefeningen
Er is genoeg roulatie in intensiteit en inspanning van de diverse opdrachten
De coach houdt bovendien rekening met de conditie niveaus
Er wordt met een strippenkaart gewerkt vd vergoeding
Een proefles is gratis en de eerste kaart is met korting
