★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very mediocre practice in my modest opinion. My doctor is always at least 20 min late, I was prescribed antibiotics without any blood tests based on someone’s poor judgement that only made things worse for me. You are often ignored even at the reception, I have been refused help at the door because “nothing” can be done if I have been throwing up all night and feel exhausted, I was not even allowed to see my doctor and was told to go back home and wait it out. Simple things like how to stay hydrated (with a bit more sophisticated ways than just water) are never even discussed.

They have the necessary facilities, so you don't have to go to the hospital to take blood and do simple test. Krouwel is a really nice doctor, glad I wrote in here. If only I could keep to my appointments...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The center service quality depends on the GP, so make sure your assigned GP is a good one. First appointment was bad and useless. Lack of communication from the GP and having only 10 mins to describe anything was not enough while he wasted it on writing notes.
My other appointments were with my current assigned GP who is amazing, listens to the details and explains properly. Basically deals with patients as a human being. Doctor Gan is highly recommended
