β β β β β Doodleuk een briefje opgehangen dat de apotheek in verband met vakanties pas om 9 uur opengaat. Extra later naar werk gegaan zodat ik medicijnen kan ophalen, waar ik mail over ontvangen had dat ze opgehaald konden worden. Helaas dus nog dicht. Later op de dag eerder van werk vertrokken om voor 17.30 uur bij de apotheek te zijn, wordt doodleuk verteld dat de medicijnen niet geleverd kunnen worden. Dame bij de balie snapte ook niet waarom ik de email had gekregen. Waardeloze service immer weer. Wel vaker slechte ervaringen gehad bij deze apotheek, vandaar 1 ster. Ik ga switchen.
 Doodleuk posted a note that the pharmacy only opens at 9 a.m. for holidays. I went to work extra later so that I could pick up medicines, about which I had received an email that they could be picked up. Unfortunately still closed. Later in the day I left work to be at the pharmacy before 5.30 pm, it is casually told that the medication cannot be delivered. Lady at the desk also did not understand why I had received the email. Worthless service ever again. Often had bad experiences at this pharmacy, hence 1 star. I'm going to switch.

β β β β β Vroeger was het een nette apotheek, volgens mij is het bedrijf overgenomen.
Het personeel is vervangen, door ondeskundigen, en onvriendelijk personeel. Wellicht ongediplomeerd om de kosten te reduceren. Je wordt niet eens gegroet na 15min wachten op je beurt. Er worden teveel fouten gemaakt. Het gaat om gezondheid van mensen! Belangrijke medicijnen worden fout of niet geleverd. Wanneer je dit aangeeft krijg je meteen een grote mond. De apotheek sluit zomaar zijn deuren dicht, en dat zie je pas wanneer je medicijnen komt ophalen.

The staff has been replaced, by experts, and unfriendly staff. Perhaps unqualified to reduce costs. You are not even greeted after waiting 15 minutes for your turn. Too many mistakes are made. It's about people's health! Important medicines are delivered incorrectly or not. When you indicate this you immediately get a big mouth. The pharmacy just closes its doors, and you only see that when you come to collect medicine.

β β β β β Wat een slechte apotheek, steeds andere merken pillen , ik gebruik best veel medicijnen en controleer niet ter plekke of alles er bij zit met gevolg dat ik niet alles krijg, vervolgens krijg ik te horen dat het niet kan en maar een nieuw recept moet vragen, dat gedaan en bij de volgende keer krijg de medicijnen die ik te kort had dubben met de uitleg die lagen hier nog....DRIE MAANDEN EN ZE LAGEN ER NOG ?.
En voor betaalde uitleg, ik kreeg als antwoord bij de vraag of het kwast kon zonder die pillen. Te zitten omdat ze er niet waren, meneer geen idee ik loop hier stage.

β β β β β Waardeloos apotheek. Kreeg een bericht dat ik mijn medicijnen binnen 48 uur moet ophalen van de zelfservice automaat, en wanneer ik daar ben, automaat buiten gebruik, uitgifte is momenteel niet mogelijk.
Waardeloos. Mijn advies, zoek een andere apotheek. Ik had alleen allergieΓ«n maar nu heb ik hoofdpijn en hoge bloeddruk door de irritatie.
Worthless pharmacy. Received a message to collect my medicines from the self-service vending machine within 48 hours, and when I'm there, vending machine out of order, dispensing is currently not possible.
Worthless. My advice, find another pharmacy. I only had allergies but now I have a headache and high blood pressure from the irritation.

β β β β β Hele slechte apotheek rekenen geld voor uitleg wat ze niet geven, ben er geweest en gevraagt waarom, ze legt uit dat dat gaat om het recept terwijl ik het voorgescheven heb gekregen van de dokter, en vervolgens zegt ze dat ze zelf ook geld moeten verdienen want ze zijn geen non profit echt bizar. Ik ga hier nooit meer heen!
Very bad pharmacy charge money for explanation what they don't give, went there and asked why, she explains that it's about the prescription while I got it from the doctor, and then she says that they have to earn money themselves because they are not non profit really bizarre. I will never go here again!

β β β β β I had never met a pharmacist with such a lack of knowledge in general and about over the counter products. We tried to purchase easy things twice, and she told us (looking at us as If we were coming from Urano and like if we were interrupting her busy life) that she had never heard about those products in her life, turn back and left without even saying a word. We found her extremely rude and not professional at all. Taking into account that is in front of an international school, (she is not dutch origin neither), they should at least open their minds , think a bit more about the customer service and have some staff with more pharmaceutical experience.
