★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know where to start here. This is the worst salon I have ever been in my 30 years. Not even getting a short bob at my 5 years old was so terrible. Once I came to the salon the service was terrible. They took me in 35 minutes later than my planned appointment. I explained what I wanted and the person who was attending me will not speak a word of Dutch. I am not Dutch but I do speak Dutch whenever I have to. The salon itself is under minimal hygienic conditions. After all, once I came home because I had no time (anymore due the delay of their service) and I started to blow dry my hair, it was like bubble gum, breaking everywhere. Once it was dry, it was like horse food. I wrote to them telling them what they did, the result of my hair and even attached images. They just told me that I will not get my money back, which obviously I have asked as I don't pay for anything like this and you don't expect you will pay 190 euros for just a basic colour and some balayage in a salon in such a conditions like that one. I did not do anything crazy which it will cost for me to end with bubble gum and horse food hair. So don't go here unless you want horse bubble gum hair and nobody that cares about how does your hair end up. They just care about the money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked in after being refused at a nearby place for my toddler son’s haircut. The owner did an amazing job cutting his hair. My son hates haircuts and was really fussy but the owner was very patient. I appreciate that. Highly recommend!
