β β β β β Asked to get my bike brake fixed. They replaced it with a model that didn't fit the bike. When I got back, they told me they had no model that fit my frame, and that they had thrown away the old one. Left me with my money back but no back brake. Rude and confrontational through the whole process. I recommend to go somewhere else.

β β β β β Appalling bad experience... Walked in to ask for a brake service on my bike and was casted away for having a "cheap" bike. He bluntly said he would not service my bike and walked away to another customer.
What this employee doesn't know is that I'm a regular with the many other bikes I have and while this is indeed one of my low specs bike, they just lost a customer for life.

When i bought my bike i had 6 month a free service check cause of covid i couldnβt go in untill the 6 month i was a 30 days to late i call i explain my situation and they say no? i pay 1300 euro for a bike and i get a service like this hmmm

β β β β β We were searching for an Urban Arrow for over a month and all of the shops online were sold out of the model I was looking for. I decided on a whim to just bike over to Beekhoven because they were near us and had good reviews. I was super glad I did, because they had the exact Urban Arrow I was looking for sitting in the middle of the showroom. The salesman was very nice and helpful and offered me a small extra with the sale. The bike was ready to pickup the next morning. The post-sales service was good. All in all, highly recommend it!
