Patrick did a terrific job: he communicated the price beforehand and also called me during the repairs to inform me about any anomalies. The bike looks amazing and cycles as it was just fabricated. I was also happy with the price I paid for the work that was done ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patrick was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful and a solid sense of humour :). He managed to figure out and fix the problem with my brand new bike in one day. Overall a very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone needing their bike fixed.
P.S. I had taken the bike to another repair shop before (I didn't want to deal with poor customer service from the seller) that charged more money and didn't fix the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best bike store I have been to in Amsterdam! Can highly confirm the owner is an absolute legend. Even though I was a walk in, the owner fixed my bike issues in less than 15 minutes.
He was very transparent about the prices straight away and honestly tried to offer the most cost efficient solution. In the end I got my pedal, seat and gears fixed for 10 bucks ... incredible!
