β β β β β Really one of the baddest post service. I call to customer service for complain. The customer service agent become angry on me and say no you must wait we will deliver 7 o clock bla bla. My packet is on the way from almost 1 week. Every day in their system change time of delivery. I recommend GLS administration. Please close your company if you no possible handle it. It is good suggestion. Thanks

β β β β β This company is a scam. They "tried" to deliver my package twice. The first time i discovered they "missed me" just by checking out of my own initiative the status of the shipment on their tracking service. No notice left at my door whatsoever. So I scheduled a new delivery attempt for two days later, giving them my phone number so that they could call me in case of need. For the whole morning I stayed at home looking out of the window for their truck and refreshing their tracking page every 15 minutes, as I really need that package urgently. All of a sudden it appeared "failed attempt". So I called them right away (getting charged for the call). They called the driver who said that he has been on my street but he couldn't find my house number and by then he was too far away to get back. I regularly receive all kinds of items to my place and I have never heard anyone complaining my house number is hard to find. I'm indeed quite sure he didn't bother to pass at all, as I was staring out of my window all the time. I really cannot understand how a service can be this bad...

β β β β β Absolutely incompetent delivery company or delivery drivers. Delivered to the wrong address, no contact information to reach out to the driver or company to follow up, notes by the delivery person made zero sense, plus CHARGES you for a call so that you can fix their mistakes. I'd rather rely on a carrier pigeon next time.

β β β β β This is absolutely the worst parcel service there is. With any other I can track my package and get a time frame when it will be delivered. With GLS the tracking number often doesn't work and if it works it does not tell you what time the delivery will be.
But even worse: if you miss them, they send the package to the main depot straight away and you have to go get it there. No second attempt, no option to chose a time frame....
Also have experienced several times that there was no note in my mailbox but in the online overview it said they delivered.
It's a shame you can't chose the delivery service when your order something somewhere because I would never chose GLS myself

Not at home message while I was home. They never even rang the doorbell!
At other times they said the package was delivered while I had not received it at had been delivered elsewhere. If you are company looking for a delivery service avoid this company!

β β β β β Not at home notifications while I was waiting for them the whole morning at home, they didnβt even bother to ring the bell. Afterwards I called them to change to pick up at their location (and for the call you need to pay extra to fix their mistakesβ¦. Ridiculous), and the day after I still get the not house notification and need to do the instructions I did with them via phone call again, itβs as if I didnβt call them. And at the end I call them again to advise them to take a look at their system and try to fix it, which the woman on the phone just told me she canβt do anything about that. Well, Gls, please do something , this is just not acceptable

β β β β β It has been 4 days now that they always say it'll be delivered on this day.. So, 4th day now I'm stuck at home waiting for the delivery and until now, it is still not delivered. Very poor service. I am so disappointed. I don't know anymore when exactly they will deliver. They should be professional and true to their commitments.

β β β β β Package got damaged and neither the receiver or sender were notified. They said it was heading back to sender, but it appeared in their facilities. Very bad customer service. They also charge too much for the calls.
