★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al een aantal keren via GoAbout gebruik gemaakt van de Campus Groningen deelfietsen in ....Groningen ja. Makkelijk de auto parkeren aan de rand van de stad zonder kosten, deelfiets openen met de smartphone en fietsen maar. Makkelijk verstelbare zadels en de eerste 10 uur gratis rijden en dat terwijl je in 10 min al in centrum Stad zit. Ideaal, kan het dus iedereen aanraden. Afgelopen week in de haast de fiets aan het eind weer netjes achter gelaten voor volgende gebruiker maar alleen via de App "op slot" gezet en niet formeel "ingeleverd" Daar kwam ik de volgende dag op 30 km afstand pas achter dus even getwijfeld of ik 30 km heen en 30 km terug zou rijden met de auto om de fiets alsnog "in te leveren" Besloten dat dat niet past bij een deelfiets (voorkomen onnodige auto kilometers) en dus een mailtje gestuurd naar GoAbout Klantenservice. Je raadt het al, niet alleen de fietsen en het concept zijn goed maar ook de service is goed. Zonder kosten alsnog op afstand de verhuur gestopt, dat verdient een dikke pluim en positieve review !
 Already several times through GoAbout used the Campus Groningen sharing bicycles in .... Groningen yes. Easy to park the car on the outskirts of the city at no cost, open sharing bike with the smartphone and just cycle. Easily adjustable saddles and the first 10 hours of free driving, while you are already in the center of City in 10 minutes. Ideal, so anyone can recommend it. Last week in a hurry the bike at the end was left neat for the next user but only "locked" via the App and not formally "surrendered" There I came the next day at 30 km distance behind so doubted whether I 30 km there and 30 km back would drive the car to "return" the bike. Decided that it would not fit with a partial bicycle (avoid unnecessary car kilometers) and therefore sent an email to GoAbout customer service. You guessed it, not only the bikes and the concept are good but also the service is good. Still stopped the rental remotely at no cost, that deserves a big compliment and positive review!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mooie fiets (gazelle) gehuurd om te toeren door Nijmegen. App downloaden en aanmelden... slot met app ontgrendelen en Go About it. Prima initiatief en zeker een aanrader plus betaalbaar. Happy tourist in eigen land ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bikes are in a really good condition but I didn’t like the fact that the app has two different types of bikes that you can borrow. One is free for 3h if you have a suscription, the other one is not free even if you have a subscription. I was honestly disappointed because i had a budget of 10€ per month but I got a bill of 20€ because I also borrowed the other type of bike without knowing the difference.
The bikes look exactly the same and there is no way you can tell the difference.
