★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden costs everywhere. Their great deals are a lie. 85 euros to rent a vaccuum cleaner for a week for example. One is better off buying one at a local hardware store for 50 euros! If you do go there, be prepard for a very long wait and often unfriendly and rude service. What a disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car and when I’m at the store to pick it Up, the guy says: sorry I cancelled your booking, we have nothing left. I took a day off, I have 3 people waiting in my place to start with a moving/ thank you no-rent. Service can’t be worse, literally. Never coming back- nor recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instructions only in Dutch. The least intuitive self check out. Old van with gas meter not working. They charged me extra money and it took them 5 days to return the 1500€ deposit. I will not rent again.
