β β β β β Trainster is erg lief, maar ook hard op de juiste momenten. De trainingen zijn elke keer anders, waardoor het nooit saai is. Ik kijk naar elke training uit!
 Trainer is very sweet, but also hard at the right times. The workouts are different every time, so it is never boring. I look forward to every workout!

β β β β β I found Golden Girl Gym this summer and it is awesome. If you want to learn how to kickbox, gain confidence and increase your fitness, this is the place. Roberta is a great coach, taking care to include all levels of experience and fitness in the class and challenging everyone. The classes are a good mix of conditioning, combination and technical practice and some light sparring. I leave every class sweaty, smiling and proud of myself.
