Ich habe eine Uhr, die ich 2013 dort gekauft habe, zur Reparatur abgegeben, leider war diese irrparabel. Trotz der langen Zeit habe ich eine neue Uhr bekommen. Noch nie habe ich erlebt, dass sich Mitarbeiter so für ihre Kunden einsetzen. Einfach nur toll. Danke auch auf diesem Wege nochmal für euren tollen Service. Empfehle ich immer wieder gerne, wenn es um Schmuck geht. Great advice and very customer-friendly. Seldom experienced such great service as here. I gave a watch that I bought there in 2013 for repair, unfortunately it was irreparable. Despite the long time, I got a new watch. I have never seen employees do so much for their customers. Da ich den Besitzern vertraute und mich mit den Goldpreisen nicht auskannte habe ich die Summe akzeptiert. Für mich ist das ein Vertrauensbruch und bei dem Preis schon Abzocke. B	Blumenladen Alcan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schönes Ladenlokal, aber das war auch das einzige positive. Haben Ware dort bestellt, aber bei Abholung nicht das bekommen was abgesprochen war. Uns wurde dann angeboten, die Falsche Ware zu kaufen, und diese eine Woche später bei Ankunft der richtigen Ware zu tauschen. Leider ist das nun 3 Monate her, und man wie andauernd vertröstet. Ich habe mein Vertrauen in das Gold Palast Team verloren. Konnte nun bei einem anderen Juwelier den Tausch vornehmen, ohne Probleme, obwohl wir bis dahin noch kein Kunde waren. Das ist empfehlenswert. Goldpalast werden wir nicht mehr empfehlen. Nice shop, but that was the only positive thing. Have ordered goods there, but did not get what was agreed upon when they were picked up. We were then offered to buy the wrong goods and to exchange them a week later when the correct goods arrived. Unfortunately, that was 3 months ago and you are put off all the time. I've lost my trust in the Gold Palast team. We were able to do the swap at another jeweler without any problems, although we weren't a customer until then. That is advisable. We won't recommend the Goldpalast anymore.

Ich denke ja, denn einmal habe ich meine Schätze zuvor bei zwei anderen Stellen vorgelegt und habe schlechtere Kurse angeboten bekommen. Von daher:Klare Empfehlung! I think so, because once I submitted my treasures to two other offices and was offered worse courses. Therefore: A clear recommendation!
