 Wonderful location for walking with good free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enorm druk bezocht gebied met mountainbikers, wielrenners, wandelaars, hardlopers en gezinsrecreatie dwars door elkaar. Geen gebied om echt te ontspannen en ook weinig leven te ontdekken. Mooie vlakte afgewisseld met bos maar dat is het dan ook wel, doet meer aan als een plantsoen qua drukte dan een natuurgebied. Leuk om te recreëren maar als natuur fanaat zoek ik wat anders. Gelukkig begon het halverwege hard te regenen en dunde het bezoekersaantal flink uit. Leuk de grazers maar kleine tegenvaller dat de natuurbeheerders in de auto zaten met draaiende motor, groot contrast en tekenend voor dit gebied.
Hugely frequented area with mountain bikers, cyclists, walkers, runners and family recreation mixed together. Not an area to really relax and discover little life either. Beautiful plain interspersed with forest, but that's about it, looks more like a park in terms of crowds than a nature reserve. Nice to recreate but as a nature fanatic I am looking for something else. Fortunately, halfway through, it started to rain heavily and the number of visitors thinned out considerably. Nice the grazers, but a small disappointment that the nature managers were in the car with the engine running, great contrast and typical for this area.
