About Goois Natuurreservaat Wester- en Bussumerheide
Het ontsnipperen en verbinden van natuurgebieden is een belangrijk speerpunt voor het Goois Natuurreservaat. Het Gooi is op vele plekken doorsneden door wegen en spoorlijnen; voor veel dieren onneembare barrières. Vandaar dat zij hard werken aan de realisatie van ecologische verbindingen. Het bekendste voorbeeld is Natuurbrug Zanderij Crailoo, maar inmiddels zijn er ook over de A27 (Zwaluwenberg) en de A1 (Laarderhoogt) ecoducten aangelegd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtig natuurgebied van het Goois Natuurreservaat met Schotse hooglanders, schapen, reeën, vossen, veldleeuwerikken en grafheuvels. Gelegen tussen Hilversum, Bussum en Laren. Licht geaccidenteerd, met bospartijen, fietspaden en ruiterpaden. Heerlijk om te wandelen, rennen of te fietsen. Er zijn gedeeltes die niet toegankelijk zijn omdat ze als rustgebied gelden voor dieren.
 Beautiful nature reserve of the Gooi Nature Reserve with Scottish highlanders, sheep, roe deer, foxes, skylarks and burial mounds. Located between Hilversum, Bussum and Laren. Slightly hilly, with forest parts, cycle paths and bridle paths. Great for walking, running or cycling. There are parts that are inaccessible because they apply to animals as resting areas.

Beautiful nature reserve, with space for the dog and opportunity to eat, drink and visit the toilet on the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The heather is astonishing at this time of year for as far as the eye can see and the scent is heavenly too. Cycle paths, bridal paths and footpaths let you choose how long or short you want your route to be. Dogs allowed (on leash in grazing areas).
