Hier heb ik een mail over gestuurd en contact gehad, er werd ons een korting van 90 ex btw aangeboden, na goedkeuring werd dit doorgezet. Op 23 juli zou dit doorgezet worden naar de collega's van afdeling crediteringen. Het bedrag zou binnen enkele werkdagen op onze rekening staan, het is vandaag 10 september en nog steeds hebben wij niks ontvangen. Er wordt niet meer gereageerd op onze mails, wij hebben al meerdere keren gebeld en elke keer wordt ons beloofd dat zij het gaan uitzoeken en wij dezelfde dag worden terug gebeld. Maar er gebeurd helemaal niks. Wat een waardeloos bedrijf, wij bestellen hier nooit meer wat! July 17 we received a freezer, it was delivered damaged.
