Jammer hadden ons beter moeten oriënteren en meerdere recensies moeten lezen! Does this company only deal with tough sales. Do not have customer satisfaction in their end visor. Absolutely do not think along. Too bad we should have orientated us better and read several reviews!
f	feilu lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onlangs hebben wij nieuwe stoelen bij dit horecabedrijf gekocht, maar we hebben tweedehandse stoelen gekregen. Voor een half jaar lang hebben we een klacht ingediend en gemaild voor dit probleem. Iemand is ook komen kijken hoe de stoelen eruit zien, en zij vonden zelf dat het niet normaal was dat de stoelen al beschadigingen hadden. En nu krijgen we een mail dat het toch nieuwe stoelen zijn en dat de klacht ongegrond is en ze niks voor ons kunnen doen. De service vind ik echt bagger, we hebben zo lang moeten wachten op reactie van het bedrijf en nog steeds hebben ze niks voor ons gedaan, terwijl wij nu met beschadigde stoelen opgeschept zitten. Recently we have bought new seats at this catering company, but we have received second-hand chairs. For half a year we have filed a complaint and emailed for this problem. Someone has also come to see what the chairs look like, and they themselves felt that it was not normal for the seats to be damaged. And now we get an email that it is still new chairs and that the complaint is unfounded and they can do nothing for us. I think the service is really dredging, we have had to wait so long for the company's response and they still have not done anything for us, while we are now bombarded with damaged seats.
